The Forge

The Cathedral (BijMantra) is currently in the pre-alpha stages of development. It is a server-backed web application being designed for agricultural environments where connectivity is often weak, delayed, or operationally unreliable.

Core Philosophical Constraints​

  1. Field-Ready Operations: Core workflows must remain usable under weak connectivity. For a narrow set of field tasks, limited local buffering may be acceptable after authentication, but BijMantra should not be described as broadly offline-capable in its current state.
  2. Reliable Synchronization: When buffered field data exists, it must move safely to the central server once connectivity returns, without creating silent loss or operational confusion.
  3. Cross-Domain Ontology: The database must not be a specialized silo. It must be capable of linking genetic lineage to climactic datasets and economic models.

Current Architectural Stack​

The current architecture is built upon the following unyielding foundations:

  • Frontend Ecosystem: React + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
  • Application Model: Server-backed authentication and API-driven workflows remain the primary operating model today.
  • Connectivity Resilience: Limited browser-side persistence exists for some draft and sync scenarios, but not as a complete local-first runtime.
  • Interoperability: Compatible with the Breeding API (BrAPI) to keep data portable and interoperable.

The Cathedral is not built with massive corporate engineering teams. It is built through relentless, quiet execution by a solo developer orchestrating AI agents. The philosophy of The Forge is straightforward:

  • Say Less, Build More: Minimize theoretical debates. In this paradigm, English is the primary programming language, and explicit intent is the compiler.
  • Silence and Scale: The architecture is forged in the quiet depths of the IDE, focusing entirely on delivering undeniable, scaled solutions to agronomists.
  • Deliver Greatness: Ensure every endpoint, every query, and every pixel is a testament to rigorous architectural discipline.
